These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by Renerji ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide air source heat pump installation, solar PV installation, battery storage installation, EV charger installation, and related services. All installations are carried out by MCS-certified and NAPIT-certified engineers and comply with relevant industry standards.
Home energy surveys are provided free of charge and without obligation. Any quotation provided following a survey is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period.
Where we assist you in applying for a Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant, we act as your MCS-certified installer and submit the application on your behalf. Grant approval is at the discretion of the scheme administrator and subject to eligibility criteria. We cannot guarantee grant approval and will not be liable where a grant application is unsuccessful due to factors outside our control.
A binding contract is formed when you accept our written quotation and we confirm acceptance of your order. Work will not commence until a signed contract and any required deposit have been received.
Payment terms are as specified in your individual contract. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the statutory rate. Where applicable, any grant payment will be deducted from the amount due from you.
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of entering into it (cooling-off period), provided that installation has not already commenced with your agreement. Cancellation requests should be made in writing to hello@renerji.co.uk. Any deposit paid will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation, subject to deduction of any costs already incurred.
All installations come with a workmanship guarantee, the period and terms of which are specified in your contract. Product warranties are provided by the relevant manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship guarantee. Full details are provided with your installation documentation.
Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the relevant installation. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, or for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control.
We take all complaints seriously. In the first instance, please contact us at hello@renerji.co.uk or 01202 070 090. As a TrustMark-registered business and MCS member, we are also subject to the relevant alternative dispute resolution procedures under those schemes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
